Refund policy

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned within 14 days of receiving it. It must be unopened and in its original packaging. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be paid into your bank account.

You will be responsible for paying for the return delivery costs of returning your item.

If you are returning an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable postal service or purchasing postal insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We aim to process all eligible refunds within 28 days of receiving the returned item.

NOTE: Postage costs will not be refunded only the product cost will be refunded
